Clippers Quay receives planning approval

We are pleased to confirm that our Clippers Quay scheme for Cert in Salford Quays has received planning approval.

The project combines 171 co-living studios and 141 residential apartments within a 30-storey brick and unitised glass clad tower overlooking the Manchester Ship Canal.
