Lower Hillmorton Road Completion

Our Lower Hillmorton residential development has recently completed.

The development provides supported housing for adults with learning disabilities in Rugby. A mix of self-contained one and two bedroom apartments and cottage style housing are grouped to allow residents to live independently in a secure setting. Centred around a sensory garden the development benefits from retaining many mature trees and creating strong links with the outside environment.

OMI’s ambition with projects of this nature is to deliver a ‘non-institutional’ environment for its residents. A variety of communal areas provide places for informal chats and meetings, encouraging a spirit of community and engagement.
