Manresa House Submitted for Planning

Our proposals to refurbish and expand the existing facilities at Manresa House, Birmingham for The Jesuits have been submitted for Planning Approval.

The project involves the creation of residential accommodation for Novices, a new chapel and a wide range of communal facilities. The extensive landscaping includes a formal terrace and lawn, meadow landscape and wetland.

The OMI lead design team includes Poole Dick, DPSquared, Max Fordham and Xanthe Quale Landscape Architects.
