Planning Approval Granted


Planning approval has been granted for the restoration and conversion of an existing Ancoats warehouse and the creation of two new residential buildings. In keeping with the scale of the retained mill building, a four storey block is proposed along George Leigh Street, while a taller six-storey block is proposed on Silk Street to provide a focal point for vistas along Silk Street and Radium Street. The three blocks enclose a central landscaped courtyard which provides communal amenity space for the residents.
